Coronavirus cases in India: When the year 2020 started, no one had thought that this year would put people in the shadow of a fear with the greatest disaster on the whole world. This year has become the “corona year” for the whole world. There is no cure yet for the COVID-19, so it still remains the greatest fear till date. This has make the world stopped from all activities for everything being shut and economy going down. We have already given you the update on Coronavirus update. This is to bring the latest update on COVID-19 in India.
To stay safe from the deadly disease the order of lockdown was issued by the Indian government. The initial lockdown that was issued for the 21 days beginning from 25th March till 14th April 2020 has now been extended further till 03rd May 2020. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has stated in the live speech today that there will be increased strictness for the lockdown till 20th April 2020 and if the rules are broken then there will be more strictness. The guidelines for the lockdown has yet to released and may be issued on 15th April 2020. According to the ministry of health and wellness, the next two to three weeks are extremely critical for India. Therefore, lockdown should be taken seriously for next couple of days to stay safe from COVID-19. As per the Health Ministry of India, special team would assigned to search for new cases of Coronavirus disease and also samples would be collected and tested as per the sampling method.
According to the updates, there might be relaxation in some areas after 20th April 2020, where the COVID-19 will not spread. The extension of lockdown still means that public transport like train, buses or flights will not yet start. As per the words of Prime Minister places that are in danger that is where the number of COVID-19 cases are likely to increase, would be closely monitored. These are Indore and Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh, Jaipur in Rajasthan, Ahmedabad in Gujarat, Delhi, India’s capital, Noida in UP, Mumbai and Pune in Maharashtra, Kannur and Kasaragod in Kerala, Hyderabad in Telangana and Chennai and Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu.
The good news is that the number of people recovering from COVID-19 in India after treatment has reached 1508. This figure is also growing rapidly. The total number confirmed cases all over the world are 19,20,918 and total number of recovered cases are 4,53,289.
